Our August Super Sax Sunday was a roaring success! Many thanks to clinicians Martin Hemingway and Ian Godfrey, as well as David and Glenn from The Music Place who joined us for the day.
CLASAX was pleased to be a part of the Monash University Mega Clarinet Day in August. We would like to congratulate Brendan Toohey, the winner of the Orchestral Excerpt Competition and recipient of a cheque from CLASAX for this.
As the first of our regional workshops, CLASAX visited Ballarat High School in October to run a Junior Clarinet Day for students from the area, with some travelling from as far as Stawell! Thanks to Fiona and Sam, clinicians, and Glenn from The Music Place for his instrument maintenance sessions.
