This session is for clarinet and saxophone students in Years 10,11 and 12 who are studying or intending to study VCE Music Performance, and teachers of VCE Clarinet and Saxophone.
The afternoon will include:
• 30 minute quartet recital – for ideas about what’s possible from the instrument – colour, dynamics, etc.!
• Masterclass – 2 sessions running concurrently!
• Presentation of VCE – lecture recital – background on each work and methods for practice & performance !
• General Q&A – an open forum for teachers and students to ask questions
